My professional journey began in 2011, graduating from law school in Bulgaria. I decided to follow my heart and ended up in Vienna. Professionally I found myself in a very ridiculous situation. I was unemployable — my qualification did not fit the frame of the local positions I desired, but for the positions I needed to care for me and my family, I was overqualified.  

Soon enough I realized, if I wanted to become the professional, I desired to be, I had to create the path towards that goal myself. I graduated law in Vienna as well and this led me to an internship with the Austrian Red Cross. Then magic happened. During that internship I realized that having a business and working with a cause do not contradict each other. I learned that social impact and social entrepreneurship are not empty words and it takes a little bit of effort to implement them in every aspect of your work.  

The decision to register as a business consultant came naturally. After founding my first venture, a nonprofit organization for integration together with my colleague and a dear friend of mine, I saw that there were a lot of people like me here: Entrepreneurs, who want to create a place for themselves, without considering political borders. People who want to work internationally and enjoy the freedom the world of communications offers us. Moreover, the two years of lockdown made that possible and even fancy. So, I dedicated my work to small businesses, which want to create a sustainable field of work for themselves, their employees, and the business partners they have. During my professional path, using the legal background I have, I created unique strategies of founding and growing small businesses, which will protect you as founder, your company, your employees and business partners as well as give you the opportunity to work with people all over the world. 

For the past few years, I have been working with my clients to overcome the consequences of two years of lockdowns and the stagnation that came with them. We faced new challenges and conquered them, implemented new working models, reorganized business, and found new ways to develop ourselves. But the one important lesson I learned during that time is that proficiency, qualification and the value of your services must be highly appreciated, but the way you work and the connection you have with your clients are just as important.
